Returns & Warranty Policy
1. Return policy
Before your return the product, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
- Item(s) must be unused with the original tags still attached.
1.1 Faulty items
If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or you will need to return the item to us if a photo does not provide sufficient information about the fault. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card, PayPal account or store credit.
All items being returned must not be affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part.
1.2 Change of mind
If you change your mind on a purchased item you may return the product and you may be illegible for a credit. Before you return you must inform us within 30 days after the product is received. When applying for a credit the product must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. You will be given a store credit.
Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded/credited (actual shipping cost calculated).
All items being returned must not be used and must be returned undamaged in original packaging. Used/opened items lose their original value and need to be reviewed by us to calculate the value of the credit note.
However in most cases we are happy to just swap the product for you without extra charges if you choosen the wrong item. A shipping/handling fee might be applicable. Contact us before you return a product, to see what we can do for you.
When you receive a product that is faulty (DOA: Dead on arrival) you can return the product and we send you a new replacement. Contact us via email to notify us of the problem and we will inform you about the return process and return address. Products need to be returned within 30 working days and the seller needs to be informed directly when the problem is discovered. After the 30 working days a faulty product is handled under the warranty terms from the manufacturer.
All products sold on www.mystylepro.com.au have a warranty of 1 year. All items being returned must not be affected by being used in an abnormal way.
